5.3. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

6.1. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

6.2. Payment must be received prior to shipment of any order.

6.3. By placing an order, you warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

7.1. We currently ship only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

7.2. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

7.3. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

8.1. Currently we do not accept returns on our gold chains. We carefully inspect each chain before shipping and photograph and/or video record the process for every order to ensure the merchandise is free of defects. If we need to clarify anything regarding your order we will contact you before shipping to ensure order accuracy.

8.2. Exchanges are not guaranteed, however if you would like to exachange a chain within 30 days of receiving it, you may contact us at sales@14kadena.com to inquire. You may be required to pay for return shipping and up to a 20% restocking fee in addition to the price difference.

9.1. All content on 14Kadena.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

9.2. You may not use our intellectual property without our express written consent.

10.1. By posting content on our site (such as product reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide.
