14Kadena.com is founded and operated by 3rd generation jewelers, born and raised in the jewelry business, who believe that those looking for solid gold chains deserve an easier, more honest online store for their purchases. So we built a super straight-forward ordering system that allows us to leverage our lifelong connections with our most trustworthy suppliers to deliver solid 14 karat gold chains directly to you within just a few days.

Why don't we sell smaller, lighter chains?

At 14Kadena.com we want nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction and peak efficiency in our business, so we offer only a select range of chains that we trust will not break, dent or fade due to normal use. That means no super-thin, hollow or plated chains, only solid 14 karat gold. This eliminates much of the need for returns, repairs and time spent waiting for back-and-forth shipping. You order it, it arrives within several days or less, you love it, you keep it. We could not guarantee that with smaller, lighter chains.

How are the chains packaged?

We place each chain in a sturdy jewelry box that may contain the 14Kadena.com logo on it, packaged securely in a discreet shipping box with no mention of its contents or our name on the outside. You can request a note to the recipient to be included inside the shipping box at no extra charge.

Orders for multiple chains will come in individual jewelry boxes which may be packed into the same shipping box or multiple boxes at our discretion. For multiple shipping addresses, please place separate orders.

Where do we ship to?

Currently we ship to anywhere in the U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii, at no additional cost.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Currently we do not accept returns on our gold chains. We carefully inspect each chain before shipping and photograph and/or video record the process for every order to ensure the merchandise is free of defects. If we need to clarify anything regarding your order we will contact you before shipping to ensure order accuracy.

Exchanges are not guaranteed, however if you would like to exachange a chain within 30 days of receiving it, you may contact us at sales@14kadena.com to inquire. The customer may be required to pay for return shipping and up to a 20% restocking fee in addition to the price difference.
